>>Morgan dominates national tournaments using TAC Vanes Driver 2.75
Atlanta, GA –– The year started with a lot of uncertainty, but one thing that has remained consistent is Pro-champion archer, Levi Morgan, is still at the top of his game, winning three back-to-back national 3-D tournaments in the past month shooting with TAC Vanes.
“I told people close to me earlier this year that I felt I was shooting the best I’d shot in my career. I’ve always attributed my shooting, whether good or bad, to the confidence I have going into an event. This year, so far, I’ve been very confident in a lot of things. I know I’m shooting the best set up of my life and these TAC Vanes are a huge part of that. There is no doubt in my mind that I’m shooting the best vane that’s ever been made. It really has made a difference,” says Morgan.
Morgan’s first championship came by way of the 2020 International Bowhunting Organization’s (IBO) 1st Leg National Triple Crown June 14 at the Pipestem Resort State Park in Pipestem, WV. He posted a dominant score of 471 with 25 X’s. Dan McCarthy, also shooting with TAC Vanes, claimed second place with a total score of 458 with 21 X’s. And scoring closely behind, we saw Sharon Wallace with a score of 436 with 17 X’s using TAC Vanes to claim first place in the women’s pro class.
Two weeks following the IBO Tournament, Morgan competed in the 2020 ASA Mathews & TRU Ball Pro/AM June 25-28. Finishing in first place with a total score of 428 with 20 twelves. Alongside Morgan was Joseph Goza taking third place with a score of 418 with 17 twelves for the men’s pro. Women’s pro, Sharon Wallace, took home another podium finish with a solid 392 with 11 twelves.
Morgan’s most recent victory came July 12 at the 2nd Leg IBO National Crown Tournament at Two Mile Run County Park in Franklin, PA where he shot a total score of 469 with 22 X’s claiming the top spot. Dan McCarthy and Sharon Wallace join Morgan again in the winner’s circle—McCarthy with a score of 469 with 20 X’s, and Wallace with a score of 451 with 19 X’s. Sharon entered the top five shootdown in fourth place and in an act of tremendous focus and talent, connected with bonus rings on all five targets on the field, taking the championship title in spectacular fashion.
