Sidney, NE – Code of Silence is proud to announce Jaime Dykman as the company’s new Vice President of Operations.
Dykman has spent over a decade in the outdoor industry with a diverse background in product distribution, sourcing, merchandising, and marketing and has held leadership roles in customer relations and product strategy and development. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Dykman spent several years working in bovine health for large cattle operations before kicking off her career in the outdoor industry with Cabela’s. An avid bowhunter and outdoor mentor, Dykman is devoted to providing women and new sportsmen with products and educational sources that help them feel confident in the outdoors.
“I’m honored and humbled to have the opportunity to contribute to the long-term success of Code of Silence,” said Dykman. “It’s so rewarding for me to be a part of a vision that prioritizes the consumer and focuses on developing purpose-driven products.”
In her new role at Code of Silence, she will implement operational and process development as well as manage marketing and sales support.
