June 13 marked another entry into the 2020 competitive season, which has been significantly shortened due to the Covid 19 outbreak. Paige Pearce was back in action competing in the California State Field Round in Redding, CA.
Some say the extended competitive “vacation” may have hurt their game, but Paige Pearce used it as an opportunity to refine her form, mental game and time behind the Reckoning 38. The grueling field round consisted of 28 field targets (Paper) and 28 3D animal targets in one day of shooting. Paige went all in to bring home the victory with the Bowtech Reckoning 38 and in the process, broke four California State records.
When asked about her performance, Paige shared: “After such a long break from tournaments, it felt great to compete again! I knew I was a little rusty from the time off, but luckily my Reckoning 38 was forgiving enough to help me pull off a win!”
Paige Pearce is now setting her sights on the outdoor season in the NFAA, ASA, USAT and World Cup tournaments and we are excited to see what is next for Paige and her Reckoning 38.
