Hot weather and hot shooting were on the menu this past Thursday as Tim Gillingham took to the field and roasted the competition. At the beginning of day Tim commented to Competition Archery Media, “The battle begins now.” Well that ended up with Tim pulverizing the board with a 710 score.

“This is Tim’s 2nd world record this year and we are so proud of him. It’s one thing to garnish one world record, but two world records within months of each other is another thing all together!” said Dave Parker VP Product Marketing, Pure Archery Group.

During an interview with PJ Riley from Competition Media Archery Tim said, “After my Arizona world record I thought maybe I should start looking as some of these records.” Well Tim, if that was the motivation you needed then we feel sorry for the competition.
