His journey began in 1996 at Gart Sports and Sportsman’s Warehouse, followed by a transformative tenure at Gold Tip, where he played a key role in shaping the brand's growth and reputation. Along the way, Powell has contributed his expertise to sales, marketing, and product innovation for iconic brands like Bushnell and Primos.
