Vingt Neuf Bowman Gets Creative with Online Broadcast for 2022 Maryland State Indoor Championship

BALTIMORE – The 2022 USA Archery Maryland State Indoor Championship was hosted by Vingt Neuf Bowmen on the weekend of Jan. 7-9. Over 70 archers participated.

The compound U21 women’s division saw the largest number of participants and Jessica Martin brought home the win with a score of 572. The highest score of the event went to Megan Rivera, who shot a 575 to take first for the compound senior women. The Barebow classes saw an increase this year, with eight competitors across all divisions.

The event was broadcast live on YouTube to allow family and friends to view remotely. This was a new feature added last year and has been a unique solution to increase viewership and awareness of the club and their events.
