RICHMOND, Va. —Jack Wallace, GPO USA sponsored 3-D archer captured the winning title at the International Bowhunting Organization (IBO) Spring Nationals Tournament this past weekend in Wilmore, KY at the challenging ranges of the Blue Grass Sportsmen’s League.
Despite being called the “Spring Nationals” the archers and crowds that gathered from around the nation were not delivered a “spring-like” event at all. Attendees and participants did, however, brave mother nature as she threw everything at them from temperatures of 29° to 60° with wind, rain, ice and snow flurries, making competition tough and challenging.
When all settled, the Pro Male Release title went to Jack Wallace II. This is his second win this season, including the Winter Nationals, and the last stop before beginning the National Championship Triple Crown Series. All these tournaments plus the IBO world Championship will be used to determine Shooter of the Year honors.
