Indoor Archery World Records Fall This Past Weekend

The Great Chicago Open and Centennial 25-meter rounds that took place in Chicago, Illinois this past weekend as archers from across the globe gathered for the penultimate World Indoor Series event headed to the season finale in Las Vegas.

Netherlands star Mike Schloesser went into the history books again with a new 25-meter indoor world record, as well as the Indoor World Series leg win. Mike again used Easton’s incredibly accurate X23 arrow shafts and showed once again why they are the world’s most winning indoor arrow. Great Britain’s Ella Gibson also smashed the women’s compound record for 25 meters.

In the 18-meter IWS round, the USA’s Zachary Bisinger, shooting an incredible 573, crushed the rest of the pack by 20 points to set his own new barebow class world indoor record.

The same Made in USA shafts used by the world record champions are ready for you at your authorized Easton dealer. Visit eastonarchery.com to see the full lineup of the world’s most-winning arrows.
