LAS is hiring a Director of eCommerce to drive the company’s online sales strategy and system. The eCommerce Director is responsible for managing all aspects of Lancaster Archery’s eCommerce operations, from website management and product listings, customer experience and brand awareness. The Director works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the online customer journey, maximize conversions, and increase revenue.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing or a related role, and proficiency with various eCommerce platforms, among other skills and experience. A full description and application can be found here.
