DENVER (November 14, 2024) – Join Jess Pryles, professional carnivore and chef, as she explores the world of hunting, butchering, and cooking all types of protein in her new original series, Hardcore Carnivore, airing on Outdoor Channel Mondays at 9:30 p.m. ET. Hardcore Carnivore is part of the network’s "Taste of the Wild" Monday night lineup. On this coming Monday, November 18, Jess travels to Oklahoma to hunt Axis deer.

Introduced to the United States from India in the 1930s, the axis deer has made its home in the grassy stretches and dense thickets of Texas and Oklahoma.
