San Antonio, TX – Tecomate Holdings, LLC has completed its acquisition of Nature Blinds, the industry leader in lifelike hunting blinds, and Glacier Coolers, maker of the world's finest insulated cooler products. Both companies will join with Tecomate Wildlife Systems, Tecomate Properties, Bucks of Tecomate TV, and Wicked Tree Gear as part of Tecomate Holdings, located San Antonio, TX. For the foreseeable future, manufacturing will continue at Nature Blinds' current facility in Kerrville, TX and Glacier Coolers' current facility in Hudson, WI. The acquisition of both companies became effective in October of 2016. This was the second and third acquisition in 2016 for Tecomate Holdings, with the acquisition of Wicked Tree Gear, in January of 2016, being the first.
"We felt the product lines of both the Nature Blinds and Glacier Coolers would be a great addition to our other product lines and would provide increased market penetration for all of our products, " said Robert Cook, CEO of Tecomate Holdings. "Each brand brings valuable patents and technology associated with the design of the products offered. These are premium-quality products at great prices."
For 2017, Nature Blinds will sell two different sizes of their ultra lifelike blinds. Both the HERO™ and SOLO™ blinds are designed to mimic the exact look and feel of a natural tree stump, right down to the bark-like texture and coloring that only Mother Nature herself could match. Both insulated blinds provide hunters the ultimate cover from both wildlife and the elements. In addition to the full-sized blinds, the portable HideOut™ blind and mobile StalkingShield™ provide lightweight, mobile alternatives to their big brothers. Nature Blinds also manufactures deer and fish feeders fashioned after the same real-to-life tree bark texture found on their blinds
For the New Year ahead, Glacier Coolers will offer hunters, anglers, campers and general outdoor enthusiasts a full line-up insulated cooler products, including hard-sided coolers, soft-sided coolers, and tumblers. The tough-as-nails, rotomolded cooler models will be available in 25-qt, 45-qt, 65-qt, and 105-qt sizes. The NEW feature-packed 35-qt soft-sided cooler will quickly become a family favorite this summer! And rounding out the series of insulated products will be high performance tumblers in 12-oz., 20-oz., and 30-oz. sizes, perfect for keeping beverages hot or cold - LONGER.
"Our plans are to expand our marketing for all of our current products in 2017 and begin development of additional new products, across our entire family of brands, to be introduced later in 2017," added Cook. "I can only envision this process continuing into 2018 and beyond. It's an exciting period of growth at Tecomate Holdings."
