Cannon Falls, MN — SEPTEMBER, 2016 — Cannon Falls, MN — Outdoor Products Group LLC, the investment company which owns Robinson Outdoor Products, makers of ScentBlocker, Tree Spider and Whitewater branded products, has announced the sale of Pnuma, LLC. to a private investment entity.

Pnuma LLC, incorporated in 2015, was created and dedicated specifically as an e-commerce, direct-to-consumer brand of high-end outdoor and hunting apparel. Pnuma officially launched its sales and entered the market in July 2016.

Robinson had been involved at the initial stages of assisting Pnuma.
"Robinson is a 38 year young company that has always produced innovative and technical products for the hunting industry," remarks Scott Shultz, President/CEO of Robinson. "Our ScentBlocker products have always been sold through innumerable long-term relationships with our trusted dealers and retail partners."

"Pnuma, is a dynamic business model, built for the future of selling products direct to the customer. However, for the ScentBlocker brand, this is inconsistent, almost in conflict, with what we at Robinson do, how we operate, and the role we've maintained within our industry, since we began in business back in 1978," adds Shultz.

"The sale is most opportune as new capital will be introduced into Pnuma, which has tremendous market potential. Robinson will continue to provide certain services to Pnuma as a separate arms-length entity," concludes Shultz.
