EUGENE, Ore. – Bowtech Archery has hired two new directors for its leadership team as it continues to align the company's structure for growth across all of its industry-leading brands. David Fleming has joined the company as Director of Sales and Randy Morgan has taken on the role of Director of Accessories.

"David brings to Bowtech a tremendous track record for creating and managing key retail relationships, and Randy has extensive experience throughout many facets of the retail business including the product development process."
As the Director of Sales, Fleming will have the responsibility for the development of Bowtech brands across all distribution channels. He will directly manage a team of national account managers, manufacturer's representatives and internal support while also developing strategic relationships at a senior level with key retail accounts.
Fleming joins Bowtech with an extensive sales leadership background, most recently leading the Canadian division of Spectrum Brands. He has also worked in sales leadership for Jarden Consumer Solutions as VP of Sales, CNS Inc. and The Pillsbury Company.
As the Director of Accessories, Morgan will be responsible for the identification and commercialization of new accessory products, a key growth area for Bowtech. He will oversee all aspects of the accessory business including competitive analysis, business case development, product/SKU analysis and financial forecasting.
Morgan comes to Bowtech from Strategic Brands LLC where he served as the VP for Global Operations and was responsible for all new business processes. Morgan has also held leadership positions in category management, business development and sales for Walmart, DDK Apparel and HEB Grocery.
