In a promotion to exhibit the superior strength of its forged 7000-Series aluminum bow riser, the folks at G5 Prime used a bow to lift a 2,900-pound vehicle off the ground.
"We are trained professionals, so don't try this at home," instructs G5's Brian Anderson, just before strapping a Jeep Wagoneer to a Prime Bow and lifting it several feet off the ground with the aid of a hydraulic crane.
Anderson tells viewers that independent testing shows a Prime riser can hold in excess of 4,000 pounds, twice as much other bows.
