DALLAS — The Oct. 26 issue of Lone Star Outdoor News is available for download today, and the issue includes a 32-page Deer Hunting Texas insert.
Epic flooding hit the Texas Hill Country and much of the state received plenty of rain. With the general deer season opening Nov. 3, hunters are seeing bucks fighting over territory and feeding on plenty of new growth. At the same time, anglers are anxiously watching the reservoirs fill up with water, creating new spots for forage fish and bass.
Bull redfish are providing excitement along the Texas coast, and many jetty and pier fishermen are bringing in the big fish.
