
Kinsey's Inc., a leading distributor serving the outdoor sporting goods industry, is seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join its Dealer Sales team as a Distribution Account Manager at the company's headquarters in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania.
The Distribution Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of approximately 100 to 130 dealer accounts. The position combines sales, account management, customer service and business development, with a strong emphasis on building lasting dealer relationships and generating profitable sales growth.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, performance-focused sales environment and maintain regular communication with assigned and prospective customers. Through proactive outbound sales activity, strategic account development and exceptional customer support, the Distribution Account Manager will help increase dealer engagement and purchasing activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of approximately 100 to 130 dealer accounts
- Driving sales growth through proactive outbound sales and relationship management
- Conducting 40 to 60 outbound calls each day to assigned and prospective customers
- Maintaining consistent contact with dealers to increase engagement and purchasing activity
- Resolving customer service matters involving orders, returns, exchanges, shipping claims, damage claims and warranty coordination
- Partnering with manufacturer representatives and vendors to resolve concerns and support dealer success
- Ensuring assigned accounts remain active through regular communication and follow-up
- Participating in phone queue operations and assisting all customers, regardless of account ownership
- Recruiting and developing new dealer relationships as approved by management
- Attending industry trade shows, dealer events and company meetings as required
- Maintaining accurate account information and customer communications within company systems
