Kinsey Brands is reinforcing its commitment to long-term growth, operational excellence, and continued brand development through the leadership role of Director of Brands. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of Kinsey's consumer brand portfolio, with a focus on driving sales, strengthening supply chain performance, guiding product development, and supporting overall brand profitability.
The Director of Brands will lead multi-channel sales strategies, manage key customer and partner relationships, and help shape the future direction of Kinsey's consumer brands. Working closely with Kinsey's CEO and COO, this role will support both high-level brand strategy and the implementation of operational processes within the larger Kinsey's organization.

Key responsibilities of the Director of Brands include managing relationships with mass merchants, distributors, international accounts, OEM partners, rep groups, licensors, royalty partners, and prostaff members. The role also includes driving sales growth, overseeing new product cycles, managing sourcing and re-sourcing initiatives, supporting packaging development, and leading marketing initiatives across the brand portfolio.
In addition, the Director of Brands will oversee global supply chain strategy by identifying new partnerships, maintaining supplier performance metrics, addressing product quality control resolutions, and negotiating material and supply costs to maintain competitive pricing. The position will also help manage inventory strategy, including heavy and inactive inventory, while coordinating solutions to move product effectively.
The role will also support high-level trade show planning, consumer event strategy, and customer-facing brand initiatives. Travel for consumer events, trade shows, and customer or supply chain meetings is expected throughout the year.

The Director of Brands is also expected to maintain professional and technical knowledge of Kinsey's brand products while contributing to the broader success of the organization.
