C&H Precision (CHPWS), an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of precision optics, optics adapter plates, and pistol slide milling upgrades, today announced the hiring of Bryce Laemmlen as director of business development. In this role, Laemmlen will lead strategic growth initiatives and expand partnerships across military, law enforcement, government, and commercial markets.

Laemmlen brings more than a decade of experience developing relationships and driving sales within the tactical and optics industry. Most recently, he served as Military and Law Enforcement Account Manager for Vortex Optics, where he managed national-level relationships with military units, law enforcement agencies, and government procurement organizations. During his tenure, he represented the company at industry events, military demonstrations, and training conferences while helping expand market penetration across defense and public safety sectors.
Prior to his work in the optics industry, Laemmlen served as a noncommissioned officer in the U.S. Army. While assigned to the Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne), he managed logistics and equipment accountability in support of specialized military teams.
"Bryce brings a deep understanding of the end-user community and strong relationships across the tactical industry," said Buck Holly, Founder of the C&H Precision Family of Companies. "His experience working with military units, law enforcement agencies, and industry partners will play a key role as we continue expanding our products and partnerships."
Laemmlen is also the co-founder of the Memorial Valor Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports Gold Star families of fallen Special Operations service members through competitive shooting events and fundraising initiatives.
